Way of Life

Way of Life

Well it is that time of year again, time for a new beginning. The magic word for 2013 was “change.” Everywhere I looked I saw change, some good, some not so much, but we have all survived and are now looking toward a fresh start.

Along with that new beginning comes promises to ourselves in the form of resolutions.  Personally I can come up with resolutions all day, but it is the follow through that gets me. Way of Life is an app for your iPhone that reminds you to follow through and it even helps you track your progress. I don’t know if it will help this chronically challenged resolution buster, but I will give it a try. Check it out at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/way-life-ultimate-habit-maker/id393159800?mt=8.

As the New Year approaches try to remember that what this new beginning brings to you will depend a great deal on what you bring to the New Year. Happy 2014.

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” Eleanor Roosevelt

Flick

Flick

Flick is a file sharing app for the iphone, ipad, or android device. It allows you to share photos, written notes, pdf files and more with the simple flick of the finger. It is similar to Snap-Chat, an app which allows for self-destruction of sent items. The self-destruct option makes item disappear off the receivers’ device after so many seconds. Another cool feature is the ability to broadcast an item to multiple people at one time. This app will allow you to exchange pages, notes, and pdf documents. Check out the how to video from iPadagogy at http://youtu.be/nFabDW3Wyow.
